Welcome to the Sennse Boutique Hotel (“Hotel”, “We”, “Us”, “Website”). By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. DEFINITIONS
  • User: Any person accessing and using this website.
  • Personal data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
  • Services: accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotel.
  1. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELATIONS

3.1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.

3.2. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the fare type chosen. Please check the specific conditions at the time of booking.
  • In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
  1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in: From 15:00.
  • Check-out: By 11:00.
  • For late arrivals or departures after check-out time, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply.
    Late check-out is allowed subject to room availability until 13:00.

  1. SMOKING POLICY
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel, including corridors, staircases, conference rooms, bathrooms and the reception area.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning charge of up to 100% of the value of the reservation depending on the severity and damage to hotel property.
  1. PET POLICY
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Exceptions are guide dogs for people with disabilities, with prior notification.
  1. WI-FI INTERNET USAGE POLICY
  • The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access for all guests.
  • Internet use is allowed for lawful purposes only.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use the internet for downloading or distributing illegal content, fraudulent activities, cyber attacks or unauthorized access to other networks.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur while using the Wi-Fi network or for any security breaches caused by user devices.
  1. LIMITATION OF HOTEL LIABILITY
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property on the premises.
  • The hotel cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events, such as power outages, equipment malfunctions, internet problems or external factors.
  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and may use the in-room safe (if available).
  1. NOISE AND GUEST BEHAVIOR POLICY
  • Guests are asked to keep the noise level down between 22:00 – 08:00, respecting the comfort of other guests.
  • Any behavior that is aggressive, indecent or disturbing to other guests may result in eviction without refund.
  1. GUEST DAMAGE POLICY
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Any damage to furniture, equipment or other hotel property will be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement.
  • The hotel reserves the right to demand immediate payment for any damage caused.
  • Any damage/damage caused by the guest during their stay will be charged to the card used to make the reservation.
  • There is a possibility that a deposit of RON [SUMA] will be withheld at check-in and refunded on the day of check-out, after the room has been checked.
  1. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE POLICY
  • For the safety of guests and staff, certain areas of the hotel are monitored by video cameras.
  • The images are kept for 30 days as required by law and are used for security purposes only.
  • Access to these images is restricted and regulated under GDPR.
  1. LOST PROPERTY POLICY
  • Any item lost in the hotel will be kept for a maximum of 5 days, after which it will be donated or disposed of.
  • The hotel is not responsible for items left after check-out.
  1. ROOM RATE AND TOURIST TAX
  • The room rates agreed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
  • Meals, drinks and other supplements are not included in the room rate unless otherwise agreed.
  • All fees include VAT and are displayed and payable in local currency.
  • Room rates must be paid in advance for non-refundable offers, all other fees must be paid at check-out or check-in.
  • The tourist tax applies to all bookings.
  1. LUNCH
  • Breakfast is served from 07:00 – 10:00.
  • On weekends, breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:30.
  1. RING
  • It is possible to leave your luggage free of charge on check-out day.
  • Contact us and we will keep them for you in our luggage room.
  1. INVOICING
  • An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking or check-in.
  • Invoices cannot be modified after finalization.
  1. MINIMUM VESAGE
  • If you are a minor and are not accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older, Hotel Sennse Sibiu reserves the right to evict you from the hotel, or not to allow you to check in.
  1. ROOM OCCUPANCY, CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
  • The maximum capacity of a double room is 2 people.
  • Extra beds cannot be added to the room.
  1. PARKING
  • The hotel does not have its own parking lot.
  • Public parking is available for a fee, please inquire in person about how to pay. You can see Frequently Asked Questions and Answers on our homepage for details.
  • There is also a private parking lot 10 minutes’ walk away, for a fee, reservation and prior confirmation required.
  1. RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
  • Any audio and video recording, photo shooting, reproduction or display of images, including the hotel buildings and grounds, other than for strictly private use, requires our prior approval.

  1. LIABILITY HOTEL SENNSE SIBIU
  • Our liability to you will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us, unless liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  • We are also not liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
  1. MAJOR FORCE
  • Hotel Sennse Sibiu assumes no liability and will not pay compensation for inability to provide the contracted services as a result of force majeure, (natural) disasters, fire, acts of war and terrorism, labor disputes, adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, governmental regulations or any other catastrophic event.
